User Data Deletion Instructions
FaktoriBOT is committed to respecting user privacy and data sovereignty. In accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and international data privacy regulations (GDPR / Bangladesh Data Protection principles), any user or factory administrator can request the complete and permanent deletion of their operational message history, phone records, and associated metadata from our database.
How to Request Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your data through any of the following convenient methods:
Method 1: Direct Web Request (Fastest)
Fill out the automated data erasure request form below. Our compliance system will verify your phone number and initiate the data purge sequence within 24–48 hours:
Method 2: Email Data Protection Officer
Send an email to privacy@faktoribot.tech with the subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST". Please include:
- Your registered WhatsApp phone number (in international format, e.g.
+8801577402599). - Your factory name (if applicable).
- A brief confirmation that you are the authorized holder of the number.
Method 3: In-Chat WhatsApp Command
Send a direct 1-to-1 WhatsApp message to our verified bot number +880 1577-402599 containing the text: /delete-my-data. The bot will return a confirmation code to finalize immediate record deletion.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, FaktoriBOT permanently erases:
- All WhatsApp raw message payloads, text snippets, and timestamps linked to the specified phone number.
- All temporary voice transcription audio files and transcribed text logs.
- All user profile metadata (display name and phone number) in the
messagesandfactory_usersdatabase tables.
Note: Generalized factory SOP knowledge cards that do not contain personal identifying information (PII) are retained for factory operations unless explicitly requested to be removed by the factory administrator.
Confirmation & Verification
Once data purge is finalized, a cryptographic Confirmation ID will be generated and emailed or messaged to the requester as proof of compliance.
